    Dim Sum and customers’ service are good. To compete with its competitors in the F&B industry it is imperative that Tim Ho Wan expand its food menu on a regular basis to entice customers (both young & elderly) to dine @ its restaurants across the island.

    Based on our observations during the past several visits to Tim Ho Wan Restaurant Tampines, I observe that the serrvice staff are friendly and helpful making customers feel at ease. Moreover the staff are also flexible and they try their level best to accommodate customers’ request. More importantly they greet customers with their trade smile and they open door for walk-in customers as well as customers leaving the restaurant after their meals.
